The International exchange “Create your universe” took place in Blagoevgrad from 27th September to 9th October 2008. It was
realized with the financial support from Youth
in Action Program of the European Union.
It was a 12 days meeting which included a
lot of seminars and trainings of: positive communication, self-knowing, empathy,
communication skills, accepting other’s difference and so on. The main point of
the activities was development of selfknowing skills and
positive communication. The exchange was held in Bachinovo,the University’s building for rest surrounded by
peace and freshness of the nature.This place is 5
kilometers far from the city.
The
program was discussed and
made on the preliminary meeting .
The point of the meeting was not only
discussing the trainings on attractive themes but also different methods for
understanding the essence of self-knowledge, positive thinking and view of the
world.
In the exchange were included a plenty of workshops
for self-knowledge and self-
development. There were every
morning yoga exercises and meditations,
and every evening were projected movies, The movies were
specially selected for the project.
The start of the exchange was open with a great evening
Balkan party. The participants from the 4-th countries Bulgaria, Macedonia, Serbia and Turkey presented there national
foods, drinks and dances. We all had a lot of fun under the beats of the Balkan
music.

There were parties almost every night and
it always continued in the best clubs of Blagoevgrad. J There were also
two special nights for free dancing where everybody could use their imagination
and break the stereotypes of dancing steps.
Through the exchange it was put the beginning of new friendships and laid the
base of cooperation between the young people from the 4-th countries. At
the final party everyone was given a certificate for their participation as
well as everybody wrote their opinions and wished something to each of the
participants.
We said “goodbye” with the hope that we will continue to work together.
